• How long does it take until I receive my photos/videos?

  For smaller events the delivery usually takes around 2 weeks. For larger events, it can take up to 3-5 weeks.
  If you want to receive your media as soon as possible after the competition, you should pre-order because we work through orders chronologically.

• What is meant by "edited photos" in your photo package option?

  In the context of our photo package, “edited photos” means that the images you receive will be processed from their original RAW format into a standard, ready-to-view format such as PNG. This editing process involves adjusting basic settings like exposure, white balance, and color correction to ensure the highest quality final images.

  Please note that this editing does not include more extensive retouching such as adding text, graphics, or significantly altering the content of the image.

• What is meant by "static video" in your video package option?

  A static video is shot with no camera movement. In other words, the camera remains at a fixed place.

• I've already competed, can I still purchase photos or videos?

  Yes! We take 50+ photos and video of every lifter at each event whether or not you’ve ordered.

• How will I receive my photos/videos?

  Your media will be sent to you through email in an organized Google Drive folder.

  Make sure to download your media immediately, because we delete the Drive after 4 weeks from the order.

• Can I buy a single photo? Or only a few?

  We only offer the full package for purchase on our site, but we do make exceptions. Send us a message about the specifics of your request and we’ll find a solution for you!
  However, note that the cost per photo will be much higher this way, so we recommend ordering through the standard route for the best value for money.
